After getting her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Minor in Psychology from Cal Poly SLO, Dr. Taryn Davis felt her career path gravitating towards the healing arts. She believes that the mind and body connect on a psychological and physiological level, and that individuals can attain this self-awareness and realization through nurturing touch and healing. She went to massage therapy school back in 2017, and has specializations in Esalen Massage, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Energy work, Acupressure, and Craniosacral Therapy. With her extensive background of massage therapy, Dr. Taryn merged her skills with her new introduction of chiropractic care to her practice. For whatever condition you may be coming in for, Dr. Taryn tailors to your individual health needs and goals. She provides patients with a welcoming and comfortable environment in Sacramento and Solano county for treating all types of physical pains, aches and injuries.
